Job Description
Thomas International Services Co., Ltd is an independent international freight forwarder and logistic service provider represented worldwide through an extensive agent network offering a wide range of transportation and logistics services. Thomas International is currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated candidates to fill the following position below:
- Operation Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Liaise with customer to collect booking
- Book and liaise with broker to shipment
- Issue shipping document
- Submit shipping instruction to carrier or airline
- Update shipment information into system
- Track Shipment daily
- Arrange and Update reports
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Associate / Bachelor degree in any related field
- At Least 01 year experience in Cambodia-Vietnam Cross border shipment.
- Good knowledge in freight forwarding (Land Import/ Export, Air Import/Export, Ocean Import/Export)
- Able to work overtime, under pressure, honest, royalty, reliable and committed
- Language Requirement: Good written and spoken Khmer and English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, team work, responsible jobs, pro-active and Patient.
