Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.
In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:
- Management Trainee_Technical Operations & HSSE (1 Position)
- Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations and demonstrate leadership qualities and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's workflow and policies
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members
- Be proactive in looking for potential to make improvements in current processes and working environment
- Assist in creating & executing operation and/or HSE plans, cost management projects, business proposal, etc.
- Assist with project management and contribute to organizational initiatives.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Engage in problem-solving and process improvement activities.
- Fresh graduated with a degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong academic record and a passion for learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Proactive attitude and a team player.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
