We offer a wide range of products through more than 130 service stations with over 91 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and Lubricants. Through the Mobility Solutions, Fleet management is the latest and very advanced system, fully secured and easy to control fully online and these multi-service cards support the mobility of our business customers nationwide.
In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:
- Dispatch Executive
- Manage and optimize truck utilization and deliveries to ensure accurate transport costs with transporters
- Monitor transport cost (USD/Ton), truck utilization, and service level for customers
- Create and share schedule plans and priorities with depot, warehouse, and transporters in a timely manner
- Coordinate between depot and drivers for loading priorities and delivery documents
- Coordinate with the transport team regarding Group standards for trucks in the fleet, Customer site readiness before assigning trips, Safety for loading and dispatch
- Ensure strict adherence to group standards and procedures, avoid night driving, respect rest time and speed limits
- Ensure full compliance with all local regulations
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered within agreed service levels
- Monitor truck movements via GPS and take immediate action with transporters if plans change
- Close the stock peddling report monthly
- Support PGI (Post Goods Issue) for Jet A1 to complete end-of-month reporting
- Review and update delivery documents promptly
- Assist the Dispatch Supervisor in completing assigned tasks
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Skills & Knowledge: Good command of the English language (oral and written)
- Understanding of the logistics chain, familiarity with SAP
- Work Conditions & Availability: Willing to work outside regular working hours, nighttime shifts, holidays
- Ethics & Integrity: High regard for integrity, zero tolerance for any form of corruption or conflict of interest
