Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.
In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:
- To support Network and Engineering Team for all development projects including station renovation and knock down & rebuild.
- To support Development Manager to speed up station development process.
- To coordinate with Engineering Division on station drawing and construction.
- Regularly update competitor development plan and other market intelligence.
- Work closely with engineers and potential dealers to ensure project starts on time and is completed as per schedule.
- Make new dealer comply with local regulations and support retail optimize manager for existing station to have all licenses.
- Conduct Due Diligent, LOI, and Reseller Agreement on time and accurately.
- Familiarise with SAP system in conducting Purchase Request (PR), Material Good Receipt (MIGO), Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), and SAP workflow accounting system.
- Ensures all projects comply with HSE policy, Group Rules & Standards, Procedures, and local Regulations.
- Supporting ICC audit for new contractors/existing contractors by working closely with HSE Team.
- Survey & Design Drawing New Service Station including Fuel Business, SFS business, Solar, EV, Wash and other related business activities.
- Renovate existing station and make it comply with invariant standard
- Take into account daily tasks such as project schedule, project progress report, project budget spending, technical drawing, technical specification, scope of work, main equipment’s delivery, kick-off meeting, regular site meeting, site supervision, reports, hand-over and project file compilation.
- Ensure timely project completion report, hand-over and close-out with proper documentation, asset control management and quality of project completion.
- Join Monthly Safety Meeting with HSE Team and all Contractors.
- Performs other tasks/special projects/from cross functional activities within Operations that may be assigned from time to time.

- Degree qualified individual with a good understanding of oil and retail market gained.
- Civil Engineering Degree preferably with at Least 5-Years Experience in Building Construction.
- Good knowledge about both technical & architectural, MEP, safety requirement and Project Management.
- Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills & in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project.
- Having valid driving license.
