Job Description
Trans Star Freight Pte Ltd is an International Freight Forwarder and found since 1995
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill below position:
- Logistic Operation (2 Positions)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Issuing Arrival Notices: Notify clients of shipment status and delivery dates.
- Confirming BL to Origin: Confirm BL details with the origin and resolve discrepancies.
- Filling ASYHUB Information
- Coordination: Work with the related party. the carrier, the customs brokers
- Problem Resolution: Address issues related to shipping discrepancies and delays.
- Customer Service: Maintain client relationships and provide updates.
- Reporting: Track and report shipment status
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience under Logistics/Forwarder Industry will be appreciated
- University qualifications
- Can speak English or Chinese is advance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude, good appearance
- Knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet)
