Job Description
Trans Star Freight Pte Ltd is an International Freight Forwarder and found since 1995
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill below position:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle export freight bookings from shippers once received
- Secure booking space with carriers based on instructions and SOP guidelines
- Release booking approvals to shippers and prepare drop plans for co-loaders Buyer Console/LCL/FCL.
- Follow up with shippers and co-loaders to ensure cargo is delivered to the warehouse before the cut-off time.
- Issue cargo receipts upon successful delivery.
- Track vessel schedules and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.
- Communication with carriers, shippers, agents
- All documentation meets export regulations and carrier requirements.
- Issue HBL/MBL for all related parties for check, then pre-alert
- And Issue BL applies for the shipper to apply CO
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience under Logistics/Forwarder Industry will be appreciated for 1 year
- Knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet)
- Can speak English or Chinese is advance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude, good appearance
