Job Description
Transworld Transportation (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, established in 2001 and has grown to become the one of the most leading International Freight Forwarder and Transportation company in Cambodia by providing many services such as Ocean Freight Forwarding, Air freight forwarding, Import/export LCL consolidations, Customs clearance, and other related shipping services.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Communicate with customers & follow with customers for cargo bookings.
- Booking with Carriers/ Airline for Shipping Schedules, equipment & space.
- Issuing Bill of Lading (B/L) to customers
- Issuing Invoice to customers
- Submit Shipping Instruction (SI) to Carriers / Airlines
- Maintain Shipment Files and Customers data
- Any other tasks delegated by Managers.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in shipping/ Logistic Company is advantages. in Logistics and Transportation for 1 year
- Good command in English Speaking & Writing.
- Good at Computer Literature (Ms. Office, Word Excel, Internet, & E-mail)
- Be Able to use or command Carriers’ E-System to submit Bookings and SI to Carriers.
- Male is priority.
- Willing to learn, Flexible and friendly person.
- Hard-working & high responsibility.
