- Loan Staff (05 Positions)
- Find potential individual clients in need of housing loan
- Submit Write up to Branch Manager and/or Credit Assessment Department for approval
- Handle customer complaint and take appropriate action to solve them
- Arrange the loan agreement, pledge legal documents at Sangkat level and cadastral office
- Assist to recover bad debt of the branch/departments
- Deliver customer services, strengthen network relationships
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Branch Manager
- Under-graduate or Bachelor Degree;
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Good at writing and speaking in English
- Strong relationships and network building
- Having high integrity and team work oriented
- Commitment, initiation, honesty and good communication.
