Job Description

The University of Puthisastra (UP) is a private university in Phnom Penh that focuses on Health Sciences and Technology. UP is committed to developing higher education in Cambodia and enabling its students to become future leaders of Cambodia in Health Care and Technology.

We are now looking for qualified candidates to fill below positions:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of official institutional social media platforms, maintain the digital content calendar, and implement strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Design marketing posters, social media graphics, and promotional materials, while planning, filming, and editing short-form videos (e.g., Reels and event highlights) to maintain active and engaging digital channels.
  • Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook and Google Ads) for student recruitment and brand awareness, while monitoring budgets and optimizing campaign performance for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms, monitor audience engagement and public sentiment, and coordinate timely responses to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, website traffic, and advertising campaign results, using data-driven insights to improve future marketing strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects from concept to completion, working closely with content creators and other stakeholders to ensure promotional materials align with institutional objectives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, Communications, or a related field
Work History:
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and running paid ad campaigns, preferably within the education or service sector for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing).
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to monitor website traffic, measure campaign performance, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
  • Proficient in digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator for creating marketing posters, promotional materials, and social media graphics.
  • Basic video editing skills using mobile or desktop applications (e.g., CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce engaging short-form videos, including Reels and TikTok content.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, manage multiple tasks effectively, and demonstrate excellent written communication skills for copywriting and community management.
  • Portfolio: A collection of design or video samples is highly recommended
