Job Description
In order to carry out its commercial operations, V&P Cambodia Co.,Ltd which is kind of logistics business, is looking for a variety of positions, including
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and assisting clients in making the best choices based on their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate daily Clearance operations including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and update internal systems and customers accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies related to clearance.
- Maintain organized records and support internal audits and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Flexibility with Customer and team work.
- Follow up closely with Customer and shipment tracking.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English is preferred
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, or related field
- Experience in logistics operations for 1 to 2 years
- Proficiency in local language, English and Chinese is a definite advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
