Job Description
V26 manufactures and design various types of optical frames and sunglasses including metal, titanium, acetate, and injection eyewear to countries all over the world. Some of the major markets includes United States, Canada, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervision: Lead and manage production staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to company policies.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource allocation.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Training: Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, quality, and efficiency, for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of production processes and safety regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
