Job Description
V26 manufactures and design various types of optical frames and sunglasses including metal, titanium, acetate, and injection eyewear to countries all over the world. Some of the major markets includes United States, Canada, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Production & Process Control: Control plating parameters such as current, voltage, time, temperature, and chemical concentration.
- Supervision: Supervise, train, and assign tasks to plating operators and ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Chemical & Equipment Management: Manage plating chemicals, additives, and bath maintenance.
- Quality Control: Coordinate with QC team to analyze plating issues and implement corrective actions.
- Safety & Environment: Control chemical storage and handling according to environmental regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of electro plating processes and chemicals.
- Ability to identify plating defects and solve technical problems.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and production control.
- Ability to read basic technical instructions and SOPs.
