Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily production operations and ensuring production targets are achieved.
- Supervise production team leaders and operators during assigned shifts.
- Monitor production schedules and support efficient manpower and material utilization.
- Ensure product quality complies with company standards and report quality issues promptly.
- Support training and coaching of new employees and promote workplace safety.
- Assist in identifying and resolving production problems to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and update production records accurately.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Chinese - Simplified
- English
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or elated field
- Working experience for 3 to 5 years is required
- Proven experience Assistant Supervisor
- Conscientious responsible
- A keen eye detail a result driven approach
- Proficient MS Office
- In depth understanding production control
- legal standards
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge
- of data analysis
- Outstanding communication skill
- Excellent organizational taken from and leadership skills.
