Job Description
Volunteer Building Cambodia Community Centre (VBCCC) is an English-speaking school and non-profit NGO located 25 kilometers from Siem Reap. As part of Volunteer Building Cambodia, our vision is to break the cycle of poverty through education. We are currently seeking positions below:
- Assistant Head Teacher and Management
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Support Head Teacher with daily operations
- Lead teaching, behavior, and staff coordination
- Train & supervise teachers and volunteers
- Promote student progress and well-being
- Reporting to: Head Teacher
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Assistant and Teaching experience
- Strong leadership, communication & classroom management
- Skilled in curriculum planning, assessment & inclusion
- Committed to safeguarding and staff development
