- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Talk with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services
- Perform other tasks as requested by Manager
- English - Fluent
- Have similar experiences or education backgrounds in Engineering or related field
- Have willing to work additional and irregular hours in order to meet sale goals and client needs
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to non-technical level
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Have strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Have self-motivated, open-minded, confident, patient and positive attitude
- Be able to work under pressure and working long time
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
