Westview Cambodian International School is the great extension to secondary education by the passionate leadership team of Learning Jungle International School Cambodia (LJIS) offering educational services only from preschool to elementary program. - Front Office Assistant
- Supervise and take care on daily operation such as drop-off and pick up times;
- Supervise and take care during meal time, break, and extra activities;
- Supervise on student attendance, lateness, schedule, school program, etc. from Teaching Assistant;
- Keep record of student incident and sickness;
- Assist Front Office Supervisor in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements;
- Assist Front Office Supervisor in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction/school program and activities;
- Work with Front Office Supervisor to supervise the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program;
- Participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents;
- Execute other tasks requested by Front Office Supervisor.

- Bachelor Degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- Experienced in working with International School is a plus;
- Fluent in English speaking and Writing
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals.
