The Women's Media Centre of Cambodia (WMC) was established as a non-profit organization in 1995. WMC has produced innovative high quality radio, television and video productions in order to educate and inform Cambodians on a wide range of issues impacting on: women’s rights and human rights, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, trafficking, elections, domestic violence, leadership, sexual assaults, drug abuse, rule of law, decentralization, poverty, Civil Society Dialogue and Public Awareness Raising, rape, land dispute/conflicts etc.
WMC is now looking for 1 qualified candidate for the position of Website Developer.
- Updates website content
- Updates website layout, fix website error
- Designs Facebook cover and logo
- Manages email address, make id card and name card for employee
- Maintains computer, network, printer problems
- Uploads video to YouTube
- Manages and maintain online radio
- Participates in meetings, workshops and trainings regarding news development and communication
- Commits to other duties that required by Chief of News Room
- Good understanding of social media use
- Good understanding on journalism/communication
- Bachelor Degree in Khmer literature, media, communication, IT or similar field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
- Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
- Demonstrates good communication skills, and specifically good public speaking skills
- Demonstrates strong initiative and a smart, confident and flexible attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meets deadlines
