THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To support managers at NO in staff spiritual formation and upholding Christian identity and witnessing to the good news of the kingdom by coordinate Staff spiritual formation activities/events Chapel, devotion, Ester, Christmas, DOP with sufficient materials support and quality of service that nurture environment for staff spiritual growth. Plus providing Holistic Christian Witness training to all NO staff, mobilize prayer groups at the NO and support staff.
- To support managers in coordinate staff spiritual formation activities/events such as Monday Chapel, Devotion, Easter Day, Staff Spiritual Retreat, Christmas to promote staff spiritual growth
- Provide Holistic Christian Witness training to NO staff that able to witness Christ like ness through life, word, deed & sign in serving community and children.
- Lead Prayer mobilization & manage CC project in the area Staff Spiritual Formation
- Mobilize and form NO staff for regular prayers and supporting care group and provide enough resources from the partnership include the prayer guide for the Staff formation activities.
- Responsible for CC planning, budgeting and reporting including writing story of change and support to the CC personal in the Zonal area as needed.
- Graduated from Bible School/ Theology, or Social Sciences or Development Studies
- At least 2 years’ experience in SHARING scripture
- A mature Christian and active in church ministry and development work
- Good theology knowledge in diversity of church context
- Planning Skills and monitoring skills
- Effective Communication and Facilitation Skills
