Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Youth Leadership and Livelihood Development (YLLD) Project
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary & Benefit Package: USD 749– USD 937 per month dependent on your experience
I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The position will provide professional expertise in monitoring and evaluation to enhance the effectiveness and accountability of the YLLD project and to ensure the technical appropriateness and quality of all Monitoring &Evaluation efforts.
- Ensure the development of monitoring databases for project monitoring activities.
- Lead the planning and implementation of all project M&E activities to track delivery against project goals and objectives and assess the progress and areas for improvement
- Ensure data management, data analysis and reporting for the project
- Ensure the project information and results are disseminated among management teams, donors, beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders
- Provide strong support to Project Coordinators in relation to M&E technical expertise
- Ensure IEC materials and documentation for project such as Most Significant Change, lesson learnt, video, case studies and reports
- Bachelor degree of Development Management or any related field and/or relevant degree
- At least 3 year experiences in program/project planning and/or design, monitoring, and evaluation
- Demonstrated competency in implementing assessments/evaluations
- Working knowledge of data analytical software (e.g. Epi Info, SPSS)
