Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Multi-Brand Asset Production: Lead the end-to-end creative development of digital artworks, video productions, and photo assets across two dedicated brand portfolios.
  • Content Localization: Translate and adapt global marketing initiatives into culturally resonant, Khmer-first creative assets while maintaining global brand integrity.
  • Trade & Dealer Enablement: Design standardized creative toolkits for distribution networks, including social post templates, localized digital banners, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Event & Experiential Visuals: Create structural designs and graphic assets for events, including exhibition booths, experiential pop-ups, and brand activation backdrops.
  • Signage & Production Oversight: Develop 3D mockups and technical specifications for branding signage and physical banners; coordinate with suppliers to supervise production quality and on-site installations.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Degree in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and camera operation for commercial video/photo shoots
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • AI-Assisted Production: Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows to accelerate ideation and asset scaling.
  • Print & Fabrication Knowledge: In-depth understanding of large-format printing, material specifications (acrylic, vinyl, LED lightbox fabrics), and installation logistics.
  • Supplier Management & Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate favorable rates and turnaround times with print shops and production crews.
  • Language & Communication: Fluency in Khmer and professional working proficiency in English to adapt brand messaging accurately.
