Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok) to increase awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule products content including posts, videos, stories, and all social media.
- Monitor online engagement, respond to user inquiries and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, product, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing projects.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and company standards.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing or a supervisory role for 3 to 5 years
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
- Good at Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Fluency in English and knowledgeable in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong organizational and analyzing skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, punctual, and be able to work under pressure.
