- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Determine and track most important Production Store KPIs, not limit to Stock variance, inventory accuracy, forklift productivity etc
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, handling equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and execute inventory programs and processes to protect good quality of Raw Material, Finished Goods, packaging materials and adhere to standard of safety and health of employees.
- Routinely review inventory stock by conduct stock day with FI and coordinate with QA, planning to sort out potential Write Off material.
- Regular report, update and analysis of inventory status and operation performance.
- Responsible for the planning of raw materials order, usage, repacking, expiry store and working closely with production R&D and QA staff.
- Ensures operation of handling equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Managing and planning store operation task, activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports about store operation.
- SAP system executes on time and accuracy.
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

- Bachelor's Degree
- University student, a plus for the graduate
- Very well understand the whole supply chain process, especially on WH & Store operation
- Very well understand and experience how to control inventory accuracy, SOP design with the reality operation and system/advance excel usable.
- Outlook, Ms team and Advance Excel, SAP or other stock system
- Analyse the data and good tracking
- Inventory management process
- Safety & GMP in Supply chain with FMCG
- Good understand both of English specking & writing
- Communication and teamwork
