- Perform on-line and finished goods checking to ensure compliance with specification.
- Perform line sanitation sampling and testing, CIP solution test, site checking and process control parameters.
- Perform incoming inspection of raw material and packaging material
- Cleaning of laboratory glassware and utensil
- Assist in implementation of 5S system – good house keeping
- Assist in product shelf-life sampling and testing
- Assist in product quality control needs assigned
- Perform physiochemical and microbiological test of finished and handling of laboratory chemical.
- Report to superior immediately on the non-conformance detected throughout the quality checking
- Able to generate QC and inspection report/ record
- Able to conduct shifts, work overtime when required and independently with minimum supervision
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time
- English - Good
- Quality control/ Fresh Graduate for 1 year as a minimum
- Willing rotate different job scope/ task assigned and rotating shift
- Diploma/Degree Holder chemical engineering and food science, Agro-industry, Food Chemistry, Biology
- Preferably laboratory skills
- Preferably one of experience QA/QC in food beverage industry
- Able to speak, read write English
- Proficiency in local and English languages
