Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and manage all IT-related technical issues within the school
- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues
- Respond to user support requests (in person, phone, or chat)
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance CCTV Cameras
- Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and address technical issues across the school
- Document technical issues and solutions
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience with IT support or helpdesk roles
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team.
- Patient and able to work under tight deadlines.
