  • Senior HR Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Receive, verify, and record employee attendance, leave requests (annual leave, sick leave, special leave, etc.);
  • Maintain up-to-date leave records and balances;
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely approvals in accordance with HR policy;
  • Communicate with supervisors and line managers regarding employee absences;
  • Prepare and update employment contracts for new hires, renewals, and amendments;
  • Ensure all contracts comply with labor laws and internal regulations;
  • Keep digital and physical records of signed contracts in an organized and secure manner;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for onboarding processes;
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes of regular weekly Management meeting;
  • Ensure meeting notes are clearly documented, approved, and distributed to relevant stakeholders;
  • Follow up on action points from previous meetings to ensure completion;
  • Assist in HR data entry and personnel file maintenance;
  • Support recruitment activities (e.g., posting jobs, arranging interviews);
  • Participate in employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
