- មានបទពិសោធន៍បង្រៀនកុមារពិសេស យ៉ាងតិច for 1 year
- មានសញ្ញាបត្រគរុកោសល្យ ឬជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអប់រំកុមារពិសេស (អូទីស្សឹម និង ដោនស៊ីនដ្រូម)កាន់តែប្រសើរ
- មានជំនាញកុំព្យូទ័រ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, …)
- មានសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងភាពអត់ធ្មត់ចំពោះកុមារ (អូទីស្សឹម និង ដោនស៊ីនដ្រូម)
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ និងអាចបត់បែនក្នុងការងារ
- មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងក្នុងការងារ
- មានឆន្ទៈក្នុងការធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម
