Job Description

ARM Cambodia Organization is a local, faith-based NGO registered with the Ministry of Interior and operating under an MOU with the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MOSAVY) in Cambodia. The organization is committed to ending the trafficking and sexual abuse of children—one child, one family, and one community at a time.

ARM Cambodia Organization provides a safe and supportive environment for children through care, health services, education, psychosocial support, legal assistance, and vocational training. The center receives incoming clients, conducts assessments, and provides temporary shelter (up to 3 months) while referring them to appropriate services.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • IT Support and Systems Management
  • Provide first-level technical support and respond to IT requests through the ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, scanners, networking equipment, security cameras, and other technology devices.
  • Support technology adoption and ensure compliance with organizational IT standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain security camera systems, recordings, backups, and system functionality.
  • Maintain the server room and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure equipment safety and proper electrical systems.
  • Monitor and maintain photocopy machines and track technology-related supplies and consumables.
  • Purchase and manage IT equipment, accessories, replacement parts, and technical supplies as required.
  • Support the implementation of IT policies and provide cybersecurity awareness training to staff.
  • Coordinate internet services and communicate with service providers when necessary.
  • Coordinate delivery and distribution of IT equipment and resources to ARM Cambodia locations when required.
  • Support meetings, workshops, and organizational events by preparing and managing technology equipment and systems.
  • Prepare monthly requests for IT office supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the IT Manager.
  • Learning and Development Support
  • Teach computer skills and digital literacy training to clients and beneficiaries.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to develop, review, and improve computer training curricula and learning materials.
  • Prepare monthly lesson plans, training schedules, and learning activities for computer classes.
  • Monitor learner attendance, participation, and progress and provide regular updates to the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Support vocational and life skills development activities through technology-based learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
Work History:
  • IT support, system administration, or a related position for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, software documentation, and online training resources in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and network devices.
  • Basic understanding of server administration, cybersecurity, data backup, and network security.
  • Experience in teaching computer skills or providing training is an advantage.
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related systems.
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
