- Chef De Partie
- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against invoices.
- Wash, prepare, and store ingredients including vegetables and meat, ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards.
- Assist in the development and preparation of new dishes and snacks.
- Compile and submit monthly inventory reports covering kitchen, dining area, and warehouse equipment.
- Report operational issues and concerns promptly to the Head Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas; manage waste disposal efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours and timekeeping requirements.
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain integrity and honesty in all assigned tasks.
- Execute additional duties as reasonably assigned by the Head Chef.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar culinary role.
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Willingness to follow directions and contribute positively to the team environment.
- Understanding and adherence to Child Protection guidelines.
- Patience, flexibility, and a diligent work ethic.
