- Second Chef
- Collaborate on the development of new salad items, snacks, and food options for the weekly menu.
- Maintain and submit a monthly equipment inventory report.
- Conduct and record monthly stocktakes.
- Manage weekly ordering of supplies for the main canteen.
- Review and update Trello daily to ensure accurate communication and task tracking.
- Perform daily inspections of chillers, freezers, storage containers, dining room, and the entire kitchen to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper food storage.
- Submit a monthly operational report to the Head Chef.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong punctuality and time-management skills.
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all duties.
- Ability to follow instructions from the Head Chef and work collaboratively with the team.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and support colleagues across departments.
- Adherence to child protection and safeguarding policies at all times.
- Demonstrate diligence, patience, and flexibility in daily tasks and special situations.
