Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Business Development Trainee
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in identifying and contacting potential business clients through cold calling, online research, and site visits.
- Support in evaluating client needs and presenting tailored solutions using the company’s products and services.
- Participate in preparing and delivering sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Shadow and support sales executives in business negotiations, bidding processes, and contract finalization.
- Help maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and progress reports using the ERP system.
- Assist in building long-term relationships with existing clients by providing follow-up support and information.
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales consultants and customer service staff to move deals forward.
- Contribute to developing sales plans and support in tracking progress against sales targets

Job Requirements
- Year-4 students or fresh graduates in Business Management or related fields
- Fluent in English and another Asian language is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Genuine client commitment and ability to build sound relationships at all levels of the business, considering a long-term perspective in understanding customer needs
- Strong customer service ethic and attention to detail
