- Support the implementation of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia by assisting with project identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Assist in conducting school assessments and collecting information on ICT needs, while coordinating with teachers, school management, communities, and other stakeholders to support programme implementation and sustainability.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project work plans, budgets, procurement documentation, implementation schedules, and project records to ensure activities are delivered on time.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for the procurement, delivery, installation, and inventory management of ICT equipment, infrastructure, and software in compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities for ICT teachers and School Computer Lab Committees, including preparing materials, coordinating participants, and documenting training outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, measure programme outcomes, and recommend improvements based on data, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback.
- Foster sustainable programme ownership by supporting schools and communities in developing long-term management and exit strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, government, and external partners to strengthen programme implementation and provide additional support to the Cambodia Country Office as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Science, Education, Statistics, or equivalent education
- Project management experience in an NGO or similar field for 1 to 2 years is preferred
- Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, E-mail)
- Knowledge of programme cycle management and budgeting.
- Program management skill, Logframe, M&E Framework
- Ability to collect, analyse and produce good quality data and information
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Proficient Khmer and intermediate English skills
- Demonstrate and uphold all Child’s Dream values, consistently applying the required behaviours in day-to-day work, interactions, and decision-making.
- A strong interest in working for an NGO to improve quality leader and specialist in Cambodia.
- Ability to travel to the field regularly (40% of the working time).
- A valid Driver’s license.
- Great communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
