Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Procurement Management
  • Develop and implement procurement plans for construction materials, tools, and services.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality, price, and delivery.
  • Monitor purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Supplier Management
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
  • Assist in negotiating supplier contracts and agreements.
  • Inventory & Coordination
  • Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams.
  • Maintain procurement schedules to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and payments.
  • Support general office admin tasks and document filing.
  • Prepare reports for management on procurement activities and costs.
  • Prepare PO to order goods for stock refilling.
  • Manage procurement schedules to maintain optimal stock levels without over-purchasing.
  • Monitor stock levels and update procurement records
  • Support daily office administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and internal communication
  • Handle basic documentation related to projects and procurement
  • Budget & Cost Control
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance staff to support operations.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Basic is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Account or related field
Work History:
  • At least of experience in procurement or administrative work (construction experience is an advantage) for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
Soft Skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
