我们目前正在寻找符合以下职位要求的合格候选人：

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • 销售与分销：负责执行指定区域（Route Plan）的日常销售拜访，确保产品顺利分销至各零售网点，并致力于达成每月的销售目标。
  • 客户开发与维护：积极开发新客户（新开店家），同时维护现有客户关系，定期巡访以确保客户满意度与订单稳定。
  • 商品陈列与管理：确保产品在店内的陈列位置显眼（Visibility）、库存充足（Availability）且质量良好，并实时回报市场反馈给主管。
  • 汇报与执行：落实每日行程回报，收集市场竞争信息，并完成上级主管交办的其他推广任务。
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Basic
  • Chinese - Simplified - Basic
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • 具备 FMCG（快速消费品） 零售销售经验，熟悉市场运作模式。
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力，善于与店家和客户建立长期合作关系。
  • 必须持有驾照并能熟练驾驶交通工具进行配送与巡店。
  • 吃苦耐劳，具备强烈的销售动机与目标感。
  • 语言能力：柬文流利（母语程度）；会简单中文或英文者佳（非必须）。
  • 工作经验：具备 2年以上 FMCG 零售销售相关工作经验。
  • 学历要求：高中或同等学历以上。
Soft Skills
  • 驾驶技能：能熟练驾驶机车或三轮车（Tuk Tuk）跑业务。
  • 区域知识：熟悉金边或指定销售区域的路线与路况。
  • 个人特质：反应灵敏、抗压性强，能适应户外工作环境。
