我们目前正在寻找符合以下职位要求的合格候选人：
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- 系統規劃與專案管理：負責公司資訊化系統建設的推進與管理，參與涵蓋財務、供應鏈、研發等領域的 IT 系統專案立項與可行性分析，並編製藍圖規劃、解決方案與專案計畫。
- 需求評估與問題解決：針對業務單位的回饋，評估需求可行性，解決系統問題，並增設系統功能以滿足實際業務需求。
- 跨部門協同與系統整合：收集業務協同需求，推動系統介面配置，透過系統的打通以提高整體跨部門協同效率。
- 新產品選型與導入：針對現有系統無法滿足的重要需求進行分析，完成新產品選型、方案設計、上線測試與初期運維等一系列工作。
- 規範制定與風險控管：制定系統使用規範與操作手冊，以減少使用者誤操作的風險。
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
- 語言能力：中文精通（聽說讀寫流利，需能處理系統規劃文件與跨部門溝通）。
- 學歷要求：電腦科學與技術、軟體工程、資訊管理與資訊系統、資料科學等 IT 相關科系相關專業優先。
- 專案推動力：具備從0到1的系統建置經驗，能獨立完成產品選型、測試至上線運維。
- 跨域理解力：對企業內部核心營運流程（特別是財務、供應鏈領域）有深入了解。
- 個人特質：積極主動、具備優秀的邏輯分析與解決問題能力，能有效推動跨部門協作 。
