Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with followers to increase brand loyalty and community growth
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Content Support & Coordination
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure accurate posting schedules
  • Support content publishing and caption writing when required
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor audience sentiment and online conversations
  • Track engagement metrics and community growth
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement
  • Proofreading & Quality Control
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency
  • Ensure accuracy of information before publishing
  • Follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in social media management or community management for 1 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Khmer and English
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital trends in Cambodia
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
Soft Skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult situations professionally
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently
