Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Motion Design & Animation
- Create motion graphics and animations for social media, digital ads, TVC, and online campaigns
- Develop animated videos, explainer videos, and promotional content
- Design animated titles, transitions, and visual effects
- Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
- Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and account teams
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions
- Interpret client briefs and translate concepts into motion visuals
- Video Editing Post-Production
- Edit video footage and add motion elements
- Add sound effects, background music, and basic audio adjustments
- Ensure final outputs meet quality standards and platform specifications
- File Management & Delivery
- Organize project files properly
- Deliver final content in required formats and sizes
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field
- Experience in motion graphics or video production for 1 to 3 years
- Agency experience is an advantage
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic projects
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
- Understanding of social media video formats and digital advertising
- Strong sense of timing, layout, typography, and color
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends
- Friendly, positive, and proactive attitude
- Passionate about animation and digital creativity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with ability to work independently
