Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Phnom Penh office. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth business activities.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the counseling, admissions, marketing, and administrative teams, while actively participating in student recruitment, sales activities, and conversion of prospective students into enrolments.
  • Drive student recruitment activities and achieve office sales and performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and business partners.
  • Monitor office performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Manage office budgets, expenditures, and administrative operations.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, school visits, and partner meetings.
  • Support staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Participate in business development projects and office expansion initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in a managerial, sales, or student recruitment role for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of the Cambodian education market and international study destinations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership, sales, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a strong business mindset and ability to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and business partners.
