- The Counselor Team Leader will be responsible for leading the counseling team and driving student recruitment performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide professional counseling to students and parents on overseas study opportunities and related services.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the counseling team to achieve recruitment targets and service standards.
- Actively participate in student recruitment, sales activities, and conversion of enquiries into enrolments.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support to counselors.
- Assist students with applications, visa processes, accommodation, and pre-departure arrangements.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and business partners.
- Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in student counseling, sales, or international education for 2 years as a minimum
- Good knowledge of international education and study destinations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, counseling, sales, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and support team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
