Founded in 1991, Enfants d’Asie is a French organization aiming at improving the lives of disadvantaged children in Southeast Asia. Its action is strictly humanitarian, apolitical and non-confessional. Enfants d’Asie is involved in 4 countries in Southeast Asia: Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines. EA strives to uphold and protect the rights of every child, ensuring they have access to quality education, healthcare, protection from harm, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Enfants d'Asie is active in Cambodia since 1991 and is working in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Enfants d’Asie in Cambodia is currently working to reorganize and strengthen the support and social monitoring of children and their families, to facilitate the family reintegration process for children who have been placed in residential care institutions and to prevent the risks of separation between the children and their families.
- Program Officer
- Monitoring and Evaluation of programs and projects:
- Monitor and evaluate EA Cambodia’s programs to ensure outcomes are aligned with the 2025–
- 2030 Strategic Plan.
- Provide technical support and capacity building to staff and field officers to improve program quality and efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data for ongoing projects
- Promote and ensure the integration of the Child Rights-Based Approach in all activities.
- Fundraising and communication:
- Support CD and DCD in collecting data and coordinating tasks for donor proposals (e.g., Foundations, Embassies, private sector, institutions…).
- Identify and approach local foundations, universities, vocational training centers, institutional stakeholders (ex: MoEYS) etc., to explore sponsorship opportunities for students.
- Assist in the organization of fundraising events and explore new funding opportunities.
- Draft and publish success stories, case studies, and testimonials to promote EA Cambodia's impact.
- Manage and develop content for internal and external communication platforms, in coordination with HQ and in line with safeguarding standards.
- Partnership and networking
- Maintain ongoing relationships with local departments of MoSAVY, MoEYS, and other relevant authorities at project sites.
- Support the DCD and CD in developing partnerships with local CSOs, private companies, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate and assist EAC team in the organization of sponsors visits
- Represent EAC in selected coordination meetings, external events, and working groups.
- Volunteer Coordination and Collective Activities
- Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of local and international volunteers.
- Ensure volunteers’ activities are aligned with EAC’s objectives and provide meaningful contributions.
- Organize and support EAC team (Center directors, Field officers, Educators…) in the implementation of collective activities such as youth events, awareness sessions, orientation and life skills workshops.
- Facilitate collaboration between volunteers and project teams to enhance program impact and child engagement.
- EXPERIENCE
- For this position, we are looking for a person with solid professional experience and a good ability to carry out international solidarity programs, projects.
- Graduate of higher education: Bachelor degree at least (ideally orientated towards humanitarian action or international development)
- Experience of 3 years old minimum in multicultural team
- Coordination and management of humanitarian programs, projects in the field.

- LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in Khmer (required)
- Proficiency in English: C1/C2 (required) o French is a plus
