Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- HR- Recruitment Specialist (3 Positions)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through online channels, databases, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews via phone or video.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Support other HR functions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in English or Chinese speaking.
