Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Operations Manager (3 Positions)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee all operational aspects of the live streaming studio, including scheduling, staffing, gaming basic.
- Coordinate between production, content, technical, and creative teams to ensure smooth pre-production, live, and post-production workflows.
- Optimize studio workflows and develop SOPs to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff such as assistants, floor managers, and technical operators.
- Track and report on KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or English.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
- Understanding of using computer and website and gaming.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in flexible shift, follow shift schedule for 24/7 Operation.
- Fluent in English or Chinese speaking.
