Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Visit retail stores, mini marts, wholesalers, and distributors according to the assigned route plan.
- Promote and sell Goodday Milk products to existing and new customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and stock rotation at customer outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them on time.
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Collect payments from customers when required, following company procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Sales experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are an advantage.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license and own transportation.
- Willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
