- Administrative Panning and Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Organize the preparation of reports related to financial performance and operational activities etc.
- Stock Planning and Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels for the Harvest Facility and Nursery Farm, processing orders and maintaining records of transactions.
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as a point of contact for finance-related inquiries from employees in the Harvest Facility, Nursery Farm, and Coffee Farm.
- Foster positive communication and relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Effective Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for all operations, including the Harvest Facility, Nursery Farm, and Coffee Farm.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor invoices and customer payments.
- Budgeting and Compliance
- Prepare and monitor the budgets for different departments (Harvest Facility, Nursery Farm, Coffee Farm).
- Support compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations by maintaining proper documentation etc.
- Data Entry and Management:
- Enter financial data into accounting software with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Regularly review financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity across all operations etc.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager to support the overall operations of KOFI in Mundulkiri.
- Organize with event planning and coordination for training sessions or community outreach initiatives.
- Continuing Professional Development (PDC):
- Stay up to date on system, processes, and related knowledge’s learning and improvement
- Coach related members the updated internal processes more effectively etc.
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administrative or finance support role, preferably in agricultural or operational settings for 3 years as a minimum
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Commitment to KOFI mission, vision, and core values including productivity, innovation, professionalism, integrity and customer satisfaction) etc.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and good English-Khmer written-spoken skills.
