Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Client acquisition and management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and negotiation: Present products/services, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, address inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare and deliver presentations, maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and use CRM systems to track progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share best practices.
  • Event participation: Represent the company and generate leads at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

  • Khmer
  • English
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or a fast-moving industry: Nutrition, Foods & Non-Foods.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skill and selling skill.
  • Can use Ms., Office.
  • Passion for sales and customer success.
  • English and Khmer are mandatory.
Soft Skills
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
