- Client acquisition and management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and negotiation: Present products/services, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
- Customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, address inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
- Administrative tasks: Prepare and deliver presentations, maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and use CRM systems to track progress.
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share best practices.
- Event participation: Represent the company and generate leads at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

- Relevant experience in FMCG or a fast-moving industry: Nutrition, Foods & Non-Foods.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill and selling skill.
- Can use Ms., Office.
- Passion for sales and customer success.
- English and Khmer are mandatory.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.
