To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting the following position:
- Joint to develop and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and other programs to mobilize deposit, financial services and digital products effectively and efficiently to reach LOLC’s business goal.
- Joint to develop a customer retention strategy to keep existing customers staying and banking with LOLC’s services in the long run. Retain existing customers and converting to be loyalty and satisfactory customers.
- Work with regional managers and branch managers and related departments to finalize projection plan of deposit, financial services and digital products.
- Monitor the sales performance of deposit, financial services and digital products and work with relevant parties to identify the gap and recommend ensuring the achievement of the business goal.
- Responsible for Matrix analysis report on deposit, financial services and digital products performance to mobilize to the proper market and customer segmentation.
- Branch visits to identify the gaps of sale strategy implementation and staff knowledge of deposit, financial services and digital products to make improvement.
- Account relationship and account management and to ensure the strong growth of deposit financial services and digital products service performance be effectiveness, efficiency, risk free and optimizing profit.
- Recommendation to sale team at HO and all branches as needed for improving the relevant sales growth, customer retention, sale culture, team spirit to implement of deposit, financial services and digital to meet business goal.
- Joint to analyst the market trend, return on investment for the related business opportunity and recommendation.
- Full understanding of market dynamics and competition market to initiate and coordinate with relevant departments to develop or enhance existing products and services.
- Join to develop curriculum, lesson of sales strategy & product features for deposit, financial services and digital products performance and conduct training to relevant staff.
- Consolidate customer feedback and reporting to management for the enhancement to delight customers.
- Enforces discipline necessary for efficiency, good staff morale and promotion of the LOLC’s corporate image. Develop and maintain friendly, open, reciprocal working relationships and communication channels with all LOLC team members.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Chief Deposit and Digital Banking Officer.
- English - Fluent
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking or related field
- Managing deposit mobilization and product development for 5 years as a minimum
- Knowledgeable in financial institution law and regulations in Cambodia.
- Strong English communication both writing and speaking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong commitment.
