- អភិវឌ្ឍ និងរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ធាតុចូលកសិកម្ម អ្នកទិញកសិផល សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- ស្វែងរក និងចុះបញ្ជីដៃគូអាជីវកម្ម និងអតិថិជនសក្តានុពល។
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផលរបស់ LOLC។
- វាយតម្លៃ និងចុះបញ្ជីអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ធាតុចូលកសិកម្ម និងអ្នកទិញកសិផល។
- ស្វែងរក និងជ្រើសរើសកសិករដែលមានសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់ផលិតផលឥណទាន។
- ធ្វើការសម្ភាសន៍ ចុះពិនិត្យទីតាំង និងវាយតម្លៃសំណើឥណទាន។
- វាយតម្លៃផែនការផលិតកម្ម ស្ថានភាពកសិកម្ម និងសមត្ថភាពសងត្រឡប់របស់អតិថិជន។
- សម្រេចឱ្យបានតាមផែនការបញ្ចេញឥណទាន និងកំណើនផលប័ត្រដែលបានកំណត់។
- តាមដានគុណភាពផលប័ត្រ និងគ្រប់គ្រង PAR ឱ្យស្ថិតក្នុងកម្រិតដែលអាចទទួលយកបាន។
- ប្រមូល និងវិភាគព័ត៌មានទីផ្សារកសិកម្ម តម្លៃកសិផល និងឱកាសអាជីវកម្ម។
- អនុវត្តការងារស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយ នីតិវិធី និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិរបស់ស្ថាប័ន។
- អនុវត្តការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ។
- Bachelor's Degree in កសិកម្ម សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកសិកម្ម អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ធនាគារ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឬជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- វិស័យឥណទាន មីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ធនាគារ កសិកម្ម ឬការលក់ for 1 year
- មានចំណេះដឹងអំពីខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃកសិកម្ម និងប្រព័ន្ធផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម។
- មានជំនាញវាយតម្លៃឥណទាន និងវិភាគហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។
- អាចធ្វើការនៅតាមទីវាល និងធ្វើដំណើរញឹកញាប់។
- ចេះប្រើប្រាស់ Microsoft Office។
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង ចរចា និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាបានល្អ។
