Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Logistics Manager (Chinese Speaking)
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency across the supply chain.
- Oversee all warehousing activities, including inventory management, stock accuracy, storage optimization, and efficient inbound/outbound processes.
- Manage and coordinate transportation for both local deliveries (to installation sites) and international shipments (imports/exports), optimizing routes and selecting reliable carriers.
- Ensure accurate and real-time inventory control through effective systems and regular reconciliation.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics Clearance Manager or relevant teams/brokers to ensure smooth and compliant customs procedures for international shipments.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, suppliers, and transportation partners, negotiating favorable terms and monitoring service quality.
- Implement and utilize logistics software to enhance operational visibility, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, such as shipping delays, product damage, or stock shortages.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant Cambodian logistics, transportation, and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse and logistics team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing principles, transportation management, and basic customs procedures.
- Experience with relevant logistics software is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Khmer and Chinese is essential; good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus due to international supply chain interactions.
