Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms (company website, OTAs, online marketplaces).
- Ensure accurate product/service listings, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth online operations.
- Create and update online content, banners, and promotions.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
- Monitor online sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Prepare e-commerce reports and performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and sales.
- Manage OTA extranets (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia).
- Update rates, availability, restrictions, and promotions in coordination with Revenue and Reservations teams.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Support online customer inquiries and booking issues.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Monitor reviews and feedback related to online channels.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales for 2 to 3 years
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or OTA systems.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and online tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
