- Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate, travel agents, groups, events).
- Promote rooms, meetings, events, and F&B services.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up on bookings and ensure successful conversion.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Support strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all booking details and client requirements are properly handled.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client activity updates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality sales for 1 to 3 years
- Good knowledge of hospitality products and local market.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales systems.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
