Established in 1977, Pantos Logistics has grown steadily to become the No. 1 logistics business in Korea. LX Pantos now is under LX Group , and we offers services related to export/import, air/ocean/railroad/overland transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, the handling of logistics consultation to customers.
We have made concerted efforts to expand the global logistics operation network, establishing more than 180 overseas networks in 40 countries, including America, Europe, the CIS countries, Asia, and the Middle East. We plan to increase their number to over 200 overseas networks by 2020. We are now seeking for a qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position below:
- Demonstrate a strong hunter sales mindset with a highly proactive, persistent, and aggressive approach to new business development, continuously opening doors and creating new sales opportunities from the ground up.
- Continuously identify, approach, and develop new customers through cold calls, direct visits, networking, referrals, and active market research.
- Proactively develop business opportunities with Chinese companies and Chinese-speaking decision-makers in Cambodia.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects and consistently convert qualified opportunities into actual business.
- Conduct frequent customer visits and actively build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customers’ logistics requirements and coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams to provide competitive quotations and customized logistics solutions.
- Follow up closely on prospects, quotations, RFQs, and target industries to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned targets for new customer acquisition, sales activities, revenue, and gross profit.
- English - Good is required
- Chinese - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Freight Forwarding or Internation Logistics for 3 to 5 years
- Fluency in Chinese is mandatory, with proven sales experience in developing and managing Chinese customers or Chinese-owned companies.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and proactive business development.
- Good knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight, Experience in Cross-Border Transportation and Customers Clearance is an advantage.
- Willingness to conduct frequent customer visits and actively develop new markets.
- Good command of English is required.
- Strong hunter mentality with a highly proactive, persistent, target-driven, and results-oriented sales approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
